Section 1141a.33 - Review of initial permit applications(a) The Department will review initial permit applications submitted by applicants according to the criteria in section 603(a.1) of the act (35 P.S. § 10231.603(a.1)) and the factors in § 1141a.24(b) (relating to medical marijuana regions).(b) The Department will publish the number of permits to be issued and the location of each permit in the Pennsylvania Bulletin before the initial permit applications are made available for submission.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 53, No. 09.
