Section 11.4 - Additional requirements(a) Any person having successfully completed the special examination shall be required to offer evidence of successful completion of the following: (1) The basic environmental sanitation course conducted by the Department.(2) The field training course, designated as such by the Department.(b) Equivalent training or experience may be accepted in lieu of completion of the basic environmental sanitation course or the field training course, but the academic qualification shall be a basic requirement and no substitution shall be accepted.
