Section 11.2 - Special examination(a) The Department of Health may contract with the State Civil Service Commission to prepare, administer and score results of a special examination for the Department, as permitted under section 212 of the Civil Service Act (71 P. S. § 741.1).(b) The examination shall be similar to the State Civil Service examination and may be used in lieu of qualification as a physician or a State Environmental Protection Specialist. See 4 Pa. Code Chapters 19 and 20 (Reserved).
