Section 1021.131 - Posthearing briefs(a) The initial posthearing brief of each party shall contain a table of contents, proposed findings of fact (with references to the appropriate exhibit or page of the transcript), an argument with citation to supporting legal authority, and proposed conclusions of law.(b) Reply briefs shall be as concise as possible and may not exceed 25 pages. Longer briefs may be permitted at the discretion of the presiding administrative law judge.(c) An issue which is not argued in a posthearing brief may be waived.(d) Subsections (a)-(c) supersede 1 Pa.
