Section 1021.36 - Certificate of service(a) Each document filed with the Board must include a certificate of service which certifies the date and manner of service and the name and mailing address of the person served, except as provided in subsection (b).(b) For electronic service, it shall be sufficient for the certificate to state that the document was filed using the electronic filing provider and to identify the registered users in the proceedings.(c) Subsections (a) and (b) supersede 1 Pa.
