Section 275.204 - Storage of sewage sludge

No person or municipality may store sewage sludge on the site unless the sewage sludge is:

(1) Stabilized.

(2) Stored as part of the operator's permit.

(3) Stored in a manner that is consistent with Chapter 285 Subchapter A (relating to storage of municipal waste).
