Section 295.281 - Temporary shutdown(a) An alternate permitted solid waste processing or disposal facility shall be available for use if the facility is shut down.(b) If the composting facility is out of service for a longer period than the storage capacity of the site will allow, additional solid waste may not be received at the facility.
