Section 288.625 - Departmental notice and remedial actionThe operator shall immediately notify the Department and describe remedial steps to be taken whenever:
(1) Operation of the facility in accordance with the approved plan cannot prevent violation of the terms of its permits, The Clean Streams Law or regulations thereunder.(2) The quality or quantity of waste being disposed at the site changes from that set forth in the permit. This section cited in 25 Pa. Code § 288.621 (relating to basic requirements).
