Section 127.414 - Supplemental information(a) The applicant shall provide additional information as necessary to address requirements that become applicable to the source after the date it files a complete application but prior to the Department taking action on the permit application.(b) The applicant shall provide supplementary facts or corrected information upon becoming aware that it has submitted incorrect information or failed to submit relevant facts.(c) Except as otherwise required by this article, the Clean Air Act or the regulations thereunder, the permittee shall submit additional information as necessary to address changes occurring at the source after the date it files a complete application but prior to the Department taking action on the permit application.(d) The applicant shall submit information requested by the Department which is necessary to evaluate the permit application.
