Section 111.15 - Review and approval of the scope of study(a) The scope of study shall be submitted to the Department for review and approval consistent with the requirements of the grant agreement.(b) The Department will approve the scope of study if it is in compliance with the act, this chapter, and the Stormwater Management Guidelines.(c) The scope of study will be used by the Department in establishing the allowable costs for the preparation of subsequent phases of the detailed watershed stormwater plans or revisions thereof.
