Section 106.24 - Coordination of permits(a) The Department will establish a system to coordinate the application for and issuance of permits under this chapter with permit processes conducted under other statutes and regulations administered by the Department and with permit processes administered by other Federal and State agencies.(b) Where possible, the Department will develop joint permit application forms to facilitate the submission of information on related activities of a project regulated under statutes and regulations administered by the Department and other Federal and State agencies, in order to reduce duplicate and repetitious application requirements. At the option of the applicant, such joint application forms may be used in lieu of individual applications for the required permits.
