Section 106.44 - Implementation of work according to specifications(a) All work undertaken under a permit issued under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with the maps, plans, profiles, and specifications as approved by the Department.(b) No changes in the maps, plans, profiles and specifications for work covered by a permit which would affect flood flows or structural stability of the project during flooding events shall be made except with the written approval of the Department. Upon written approval by the Department, such changes shall become part of the permit.(c) The Department may, during the progress of work, require such changes or modifications in the maps, plans, profiles and specifications for work covered under any permit as its may determine are necessary.
