Section 83.513 - Application procedures(a) An application for available funds, including requests for advance payments, shall be in writing on forms approved by the Commission. The application shall be received by the deadline established by the Commission for filing applications. The application shall also include a budget outlining anticipated expenses.(b) Applications will be approved based upon the priorities set by the Commission and the availability of funds.(c) Applications for districts will not be approved and expenses cannot be incurred unless the district has entered into a fully approved delegation agreement.(d) Applications will be for a calendar year period, unless other time periods are established by the Commission.
