Section 83.64 - Procedures for allocating funds(a) For Technical Assistance funding, the technician's or engineer's actual salary and salary-related costs for the new July 1 through December 31 calendar period and anticipated salary and salary-related costs for the new January 1 through June 30 calendar period shall be the basis for computing the new fiscal year allocation.(b) The Commission will determine, on the basis of criteria established by the Commission, which technical personnel will receive cost share.(c) The allocation may be prorated if sufficient funds are not available to provide the desired rate of cost share for the approved technicians or engineers.The provisions of this §83.64 adopted February 2, 1984, effective 1/6/1984, 14 Pa.B. 657; amended September 22, 1989, effective 9/23/1989, 19 Pa.B. 4090; amended June 23, 1995, effective 6/24/1995, 25 Pa.B. 2506; amended February 15, 2008, effective 2/16/2008, 38 Pa.B. 889.The provisions of this §83.64 amended under the Conservation District Law (3 P.
