Section 83.73 - Procedures for allocating funds(a) The Commission will approve the amount of funds available for special projects.(b) Projects containing objectives that are consistent with the current priorities of the Commission may receive higher priority for funding and may be cost shared at a higher rate.(c) The Commission will approve special projects for funding. Districts will be notified immediately following approval or denial by the Commission.(d) It is the goal of the Commission to require a project sponsor to provide a portion of the funding for special projects. The Commission may require the project sponsor to provide matching funds or in-kind services, at the Commission's discretion. The Commission is authorized to provide up to 100% cost share for special projects.(e) Funds may be reallocated at any time in the event a project cannot be completed or is abandoned for any reason.The provisions of this §83.73 adopted February 24, 1984, effective 1/6/1984, 14 Pa.B. 657; amended June 23, 1995, effective 6/24/1995, 25 Pa.B. 2506; amended February 15, 2008, effective 2/16/2008, 38 Pa.B. 889.The provisions of this §83.73 amended under the Conservation District Law (3 P.
