Section 78a.23 - Time for filing objections by owner or operator of coal mine(a) A coal mine owner or operator who objects to a proposed gas well for financial considerations, and wishes to go before a panel with an objection over which the panel has jurisdiction, shall file objections to a proposed gas well within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the plat.(b) A coal mine owner or operator who does not wish to go before a panel with an objection over which the panel has jurisdiction, or who is not raising financial objections to the proposed gas well, shall file objections to a proposed well within 15 calendar days of the receipt of the plat.
