Section 77.53 - Suspension and revocation(a) The Department may suspend or revoke a license for a reason listed in § 77.51(e) (relating to license requirement).(b) If the Department intends to revoke or suspend a license, it will provide an opportunity for an informal hearing before suspending or revoking the license.
