Section 9.164 - Regulatory programs(a) Often the limitations of existing regulatory programs have not been because of weak regulations but rather the inability to enforce existing regulations.(b) It shall be the environmental policy of the Commonwealth to protect clean air resource areas by maintaining a strong regulatory program including the provision for adequate funding and technical support.
