Within five business days following delivery of possession to the landlord or satisfaction by payment of rent in arrears and costs, the officer executing the order for possession shall make a return on the order for possession form. The return shall show:
(1) The date, time, place, and manner of service of the order.(2) If the order was satisfied by the payment of rent in arrears and costs by or on behalf of the tenant, the amount of that payment, and its distribution.(3) The time and date of any forcible entry and ejectment, or that no entry for the purpose of ejectment had to be made.(4) The officer's expenses and fees.
