Rule 362 - Requirements of the SummonsThe summons shall:
2) set forth the date, time, and place of the adjudicatory hearing;3) instruct the juvenile of the juvenile's right to counsel, retain private counsel or be appointed counsel;4) give a warning stating that the failure to appear for the hearing may result in arrest;5) include a copy of the juvenile petition; and6) include an order directing the juvenile to submit to fingerprinting and photographing by, or arranged by, the law enforcement agency that submitted the written allegation in all cases in which the juvenile has not previously been fingerprinted or photographed.The provisions of this Rule 362 amended December 24, 2009, effective immediately, 40 Pa.B. 222.
