Rule 1915.7 - Consent OrderIf the parties have an agreement regarding custody and request that the court enter a consent order incorporating the agreement's terms:
(a) the parties shall submit to the court a proposed custody order bearing the parties' written consent; or(b) the parties may state the agreement on the record, provided that:(1) within ten days of placing the agreement on the record, the parties comply with subdivision (a); or(2) the court memorializes the oral agreement from the record into a written custody order.The provisions of this Rule 1915.7 amended November 8, 1982, effective 1/1/1983, 12 Pa.B. 4040; amended August 1, 2013, effective 9/3/2013, 43 Pa.B. 4702; amended January 5, 2018, effective 1/6/2018, 48 Pa.B. 477; amended June 1, 2018, effective 7/1/2018, 48Pa.B. 3520; amended June 3, 2019, effective 10/1/2019, 49 Pa.B. 3058.
