Section 45.2 - Construction(a) This chapter will be liberally construed for the accomplishment of the purposes of the act.(b) This chapter shall be construed consistently with other Federal and State laws and regulations except when to do so would operate in derogation or limitation of the purpose of the act and this chapter.The provisions of this § 45.2 adopted December 17, 1993, effective 12/18/1993, 23 Pa.B. 5901.
