Section 701.4 - Open-records officer(a)Designation.(1) Under section 502(a)(2) of the law (63 P. S. § 67.502(a)(2)), the Bureau has coordinated with the Committee to do one of the following: (i) Accept the Capitol Preservation Committee's designation of the open-records officer.(ii) Designate the head of the Committee as the open-records officer.(2) The designation under paragraph (1), as it applies to the Committee, is as follows: The Capitol Preservation Committee:
