Section 950-050-0080 - Skill Evaluation or Assessment Appeal(1) Applicants who fail to pass a test at an Authority-approved testing center may appeal the results with the testing center directly and pay any fees associated with the appeal.(2) The testing center's determination is final.(3) Applicants have no appeal rights with the Authority.Or.
