Section 943-014-0205 - Confidentiality and Inadmissibility of Workplace Interpersonal Dispute Mediation Communications

Pursuant to ORS 36.224(4), adopting the Oregon Health Authority rule Confidentiality and Inadmissibility of Workplace Interpersonal Dispute Mediation Communications 943-014-0205 to adopt by reference the Confidentiality and Inadmissibility of Workplace Interpersonal Mediation Communications rule OAR 137-005-0054 adopted by the Attorney General effective as of 10-27-15.
