Section 875-010-0021 - Recalculation, Review and Appeal of Examination Results(1) The Jurisprudence Exam/Regional Disease Test may be taken more than once, however, applicants who fail the JPE/RDT three times may be required to make further attempts to pass in the presence of a Board staff or member..
