Section 863-010-0660 - Onsite Inspection of Nonresident Real Estate Marketing Organizations

The Real Estate Commissioner may delegate any necessary onsite inspection of nonresident real estate marketing organizations to an agency of the state or foreign country in which the nonresident real estate marketing organization is located and which is found by the Commissioner to be the appropriate local regulatory agency.
