Section 856-010-0025 - Failure to Report

The license of any pilot who fails, neglects, or refuses to report to the Board or U.S. Coast Guard, as required by these rules for a period of ten days after the date required may be suspended; and if the pilot fails to report for a period of 30 days, the pilot shall be suspended.
