Section 855-041-3045 - Central Fill - Prohibited Practices(1) A primary pharmacy may not use the services of a central fill pharmacy that is not registered with the Board.(2) A central fill pharmacy may not fill a prescription on behalf of a primary pharmacy that is not registered with the Board if the laws and rules of Oregon require the primary pharmacy to be registered with the Board.Or.
