Section 855-141-0050 - Personnel

(1) A PPK must have a PIC at all times.

(2) Prior to utilizing a PPK, a Pharmacist, Intern, Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Technician must have completed a training program on the proper use of the PPK.
