Section 855-139-0350 - Dispensing: Containers

Each pharmacy must dispense a drug in a new container that complies with the current provisions of the Poison Prevention Packaging Act in 16 CFR 1700 (01/01/2023), 16 CFR 1701 (01/01/2023), and 16 CFR 1702 (01/01/2023).
