Section 855-120-0155 - Grounds for Discipline - Intern

The following are grounds for discipline:

(1) Continuing to practice as an Intern when one of the following has occurred:

(a) Dismissal from the Doctor of Pharmacy degree program enrolled in to obtain the Intern license; or

(b) Failure to maintain an active Intern license; or

(2) Any other grounds found in ORS 689.405.
