Section 851-001-0010 - Notification Procedure(1) Notice of the Board's final disciplinary action shall be sent to the National Council State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) for inclusion in the NURSYS® dataset and the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB).(2) A public copy of the Board's final order of discipline will be posted on the license verification page of the Board's website and a summary of discipline will be posted in the Board's quarterly publication.Or.
