Section 845-005-0365 - [Effective 3/31/2025] Change of Licensee; Change of Location(1) The Commission may allow a change of licensee at a licensed business. The proposed new owner must apply for a new license.(2) The Commission may allow a change of location of a licensed operation. The licensee must apply for a new license for the new location.Or.
