Section 839-011-0090 - Causes for Disciplinary ActionsThe Division in consultation with the Council has the authority to take disciplinary action against a committee for conduct or action, including but not limited to:
(1) Inappropriate use of an apprentice's registration status or an apprentice's time, skills or training; (2) Inadequate training of apprentices; (3) Inappropriate assignment or abuse of discretion in work assignments; (4) Discriminatory action(s) against an apprentice(s); (5) Violation of any state or federal law; (6) Failure to submit required documentation to the Division in a timely manner; (7) Failure to communicate with the Division or the Council in a timely manner; or (8) Any other action deemed inappropriate by the Council.
