Section 837-085-0050 - Hazardous Substance Information Survey - General(1) The State Fire Marshal shall develop and distribute a Hazardous Substance Information Survey to covered employers, owners, and operators. The information received shall be used to establish and maintain the hazardous substance information program required by the Community Right-to-Know and Protection Act.(2) A covered employer, owner, or operator receiving a Hazardous Substance Information Survey shall complete and return to the State Fire Marshal within 60 days following the date the State Fire Marshal mailed it.
