Section 836-060-0027 - Credit Life Reserves(1) For policies or certificates issued prior to January 1, 2001, the minimum reserve standard is the Commissioners 1958 Extended Term Insurance Table and 4.5% interest.(2) For policies or certificates issued on or after January 1, 2001, the minimum reserve standard is the Male Commissioners 1980 Standard Ordinary Mortality Table and 4.5% interest.Or.
