Section 836-013-0100 - Authority(1) OAR 836-013-0100 to 836-013-0120 are adopted pursuant to ORS 731.244, 731.296 and 731.385.(2) OAR 836-013-0100 to 836-013-0120 set forth the standards that the Director may use for identifying insurers who are in such condition as to render the continuance of their business hazardous to the public or to holders of their policies or certificates of insurance.(3) OAR 836-013-0100 to 836-013-0120 are not a limitation on the regulatory powers of the Director.Or.
