Section 820-001-0200 - Qualifications of Administrative Officer (Administrator)

The administrative officer of the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying authorized by ORS 670.306 shall:

(1) Not be a member of the Board.

(2) Serve at the pleasure of the Board.

(3) Receive such compensation as the Board may determine.

(4) Perform such duties as assigned by the Board.
