Section 813-005-0001 - [Effective until 4/29/2025] General Purpose

OAR chapter 813, division 5, is promulgated to accomplish the purpose of describing certain common terms, policies and procedures with respect to the administration of the Housing and Community Services Department. The Department's procurement activities follow OAR Chapter 813, Division 6 and are not subject to this Division 5.
