Section 812-002-0580 - Person

"Person" means:

(1) An individual, including, but not limited to a self-employed individual;

(2) A partnership, joint venture, limited liability partnership, or limited partnership;

(3) A corporation;

(4) A trust;

(5) A limited liability company; or

(6) Other entity.
