The class required under ORS 671.561(6) must consist of the following subjects:

(1) License Requirements;

(2) Insurance/Bonding;

(3) Employment Law;

(4) Contracts;

(5) Supervision;

(6) Claims/Dispute Resolution;

(7) Lien Law;

(8) Building Codes/Permits;

(9) Safety/Hazard Communication;

(10) Communications;

(11) Estimating.
