Section 808-003-0245 - Inactive Status Request Other than at Renewal(1) A request to convert a license to inactive status made prior to the expiration date of the license, but at a time other than the time of renewal of the license, will be accepted only if the licensee making the request has paid all applicable fees under OAR 808-003-0130.(2) If a license is converted to inactive status prior to the expiration date of the license, but at a time other than the time of renewal of the license, the effective dates of the license will remain unchanged and the license will expire on the upcoming expiration date.Or.
