Section 732-005-0000 - Purpose of Rule(1) The rules in Chapter 732, Divisions 5, 10 and 20 establish the procedures and requirements of the Public Transit Division for the administration of the Special Transportation Fund (STF) for the Elderly and Disabled.(2) The rules in Chapter 732, Divisions 5 and 30 establish the procedures and requirements of the Public Transit Division for the administration of the Special Transportation Operating (STO) Grants Program.Or.
