Section 690-385-3140 - Temporary Change in Point of Diversion or Appropriation(1) As provided in ORS 540.570, a temporary change in point of diversion or appropriation may be made in combination with, or as necessary to facilitate, a change in place of use.(2) A change in point of diversion is restricted to the same source of surface water.
