Section 660-030-0095 - Application(1) These amendments to OAR chapter 660, division 30 shall be effective upon state agencies and other affected persons upon filing of the adopted amendments with the Secretary of State.(2) Any state agency with a coordination program certified by the Commission prior to the effective date of these amendments shall modify as necessary and submit to the Department in accordance with OAR 660-030-0045(1) amendments to its coordination program to address the revised requirements of OAR chapter 660, division 30.Or.
