Section 635-055-0070 - Revocation of License and Permits(1) The Department may revoke a falconry license or permit if the holder is convicted of, or admits to a violation of, any wildlife law, or any rule, order or permit issued under the wildlife laws. Upon revocation, the Department may seize any raptors held for the purpose of falconry.(2) Failure to comply with permit conditions is grounds for revocation or suspension of a capture permit.Or.
