Section 635-055-0001 - General Provisions

Any person licensed for falconry in the State of Oregon must comply with both federal and state falconry regulations. This means that a licensed Oregon falconer must comply with 50 CFR § 21.3 and §21.29 (as in effect July 2015) except where state regulations are more restrictive than federal regulations. The following sections of this division specify those more-restrictive state regulations.
