Section 635-050-0170 - Pursuit Seasons

(1) The following pursuit seasons are authorized:

(a) Bobcat: September 1 through the last day of February of the following year.

(b) Fox: September 1 through the last day of February of the following year.

(c) Raccoon: September 1 through March 15 of the following year.

(2) License Requirements: Furtaker's license or hunting license for furbearers shall be on one's person during pursuit.

(3) No animals shall be killed except during authorized open harvest season.

(4) A bobcat record card shall be on one's person while taking or attempting to take bobcat.
