Section 635-047-0005 - Time, Place, and Manner of Hunting Privately Owned Game Birds(1) The time and length of season allowed any given hunting preserve shall be determined on the basis of potential conflict with wild populations, provided that no open season shall be allowed between April 1 and July 31 of any year.(2) The manner of taking shall comply with Oregon Laws and be consistent with recognized standards.Or.
